Dentalofficeproducts.com operates mainly from its Florida office. Our hours of operation are from 8:30 to 5:00 PM EST. Orders that are placed before 2 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. You can expect your order to arrive between 2 - 5 working days TO MOST COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS. Some residential deliveries appear to take a little longer.
Orders of $60 or more ship free to US CUSTOMERS ONLY. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED REGULAR SHIPPING RATES PLUS INSURANCE. PACKAGES WILL BE SENT WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. We will send a request for shipping charges in case the system does not provide it to you at the time of check out. US and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Some items are not included in our free shipping due to the weight or dimensional weight established by the carriers. Normal shipping charges will apply on these items. They include gloves, heavy liquids, heavy dry powder, equipment, large paper products, etc.
NO MINIMUM ORDER requirement but shipping and handling will be charged an additional $6.75 PER ORDER. WE DO NOT SHIP TO SINGAPORE, AFRICA, ETC. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES; FOR EVERY TRANSACTION IS MANUALLY VERIFIED AND EVERY SUSPICIOUS EMAIL REQUEST RENDERED TO US IS FORWARD TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.
On occasion we ship products directly from the manufacturer which may speed up the shipping process. Please note that ALL Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. Products that are not in good resalable condition will not be given credit. We use either FedEX Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. Rates vary among each carrier and we try to use USPS Priority more often for they are the least expensive of all three. If the order is of a high monetary value we will add insurance to it for your protection. The insurance charge ($2.00 after the first $100 of the order total) will be added to your invoice.
