Shipping

Our hours of operation are from 8:30 to 6:00 PM EST. All Orders that are placed before 2 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day depending on availability. Some products are made to order and the lead time varies from 2-5 days. We will notify you if this the case. Order vary in arrival times depending on location but you can expect your order to arrive between 1 - 5 working days TO MOST COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS. 

If needed, we will ship products directly from the manufacturer which may speed up the shipping process or if item is not in stock. Please be aware that our stock changes frequently. Please note that ALL Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. There is also a restocking fee of 15% on regular orders. "Special "Orders" are those that are custom made to the customers specification (Ex. Size, Length, etc) or if the manufacturer has them listed as "special order" on their end. The special order items will be noted or communicated to you prior to processing the order. 

RETURNS ARE VALID ONLY FOR 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE.

We want you to be happy with our service and the products you buy. So if you have any question and are unsure please ask us via email before you buy. This avoids shipping charges for both parties. Regardless, if you are not satisfied we will accept your returns before the 30 days after your purchase. Remember that special orders can not be returned and all returned products must be in a good resalable condition. If there are damages caused by you there will be a restocking fee that will apply.
